We work with you at every stage of your project
Construction
We act as main contractor under traditional construction contracts delivering a fully designed client brief. The client will have an established Design Team with a fully developed design and schedule of works which we use to resource and complete the Project.
Design & Build
Where greater input is required to help develop a design, we are able to offer a co-ordinated design and construction service. We work hand in hand with our clients but take on full ownership of both design and construction processes, ensuring single point responsibility, swift on-site commencement, and benefit to programme throughout.
Construction Project Management
Where greater client control is required we are able to offer a full construction project management solution acting as construction managers working as part of the client team. As construction managers we work directly for the client managing the entire construction process from commencement to completion.
